# Bug with Locking Content in Patreon Level

When I go to the Patreon Level in my post it doesn’t allow me to edit the the amounts in the box and says " Post locking won’t work without Creator ID. Please confirm you have it [here]". I’ve confirmed, and even created a new client to no avail. I didn’t have this issue until the last update.

First - you may have chanced upon the maintenance window of Patreon - please check it out if you still encounter this issue.

Second - it may be that the plugin wasnt able to refresh your creator access token automatically. In this case, visit register-clients page at Patreon where you created the app details, refresh it if you see any expired token, and copy/paste new tokens to your plugin settings. This should fix it.
