# Error when trying to connect patreon to wordpress

Hello,  
I’ve uploaded the plugin (Patreon wordpress) and tried to connect my patreon but an error page shows up

This means that you already have an app created for this particular site at Patreon. If you delete the app for that site in below page…

…and then restart setup at your site, it will work.
