# Issue with Patron Login on WordPress Website

Dear Support Team,

I’ve been using your plugin for years, and my patrons have generally had no issues logging in, with one exception.

A few days ago, a patron reported that he could no longer log into my WordPress website and received the following error message:  
{“error”:“access\_denied”,“error\_description”:“Please verify your email address through Patreon before logging in.”}

I advised him to clear his browser cache and try a different browser, but the error persists. Interestingly, he was able to log in previously without issues, but now he suddenly encounter this message, which prevents access. Additionally, I couldn’t find his username or email in the WordPress database, even though he have had his Patreon account for 10 years and made no changes to his profile.

Could you help identify the potential cause of this issue?
