# Loop in the Allow button

Everytime my clients try to use the “unlock with patreon” button they get this infinite loop where they can’t unlock my content at my website, please help!!

This are the version of the plugins that I’m using:  
WP 6.1.1 with PHP 7.4.12  
Patreon WordPress 1.8.5 with API v2

Try disabling any caching plugins that you have and running a test with a patron account. You can create a patron account at Patreon with a different email, using the same payment method. Then you can try pledging to yourself to see if you can unlock.

I have already try that with no results, same loop
