Is there any way to download the Swagger/JSON:API spec json?

An example of what I mean is the Apple AppStore Connect API spec
https://developer.apple.com/sample-code/app-store-connect/app-store-connect-openapi-specification.zip

The reason I ask for this is that it allows for easy method generation for most languages.
