Cause right now i need take webhook, and add task to the queue and fire patreon/API call from there … with some delay, which i cant define, so making API request in ~1 hr.

No, there isnt a webhook for that.
But it definetly fires member.update on this, second time. Maybe is possible ever made one more event.
It would fire when you gain a new member and get paid. But it wouldnt fire when you, as a creator, do anything with your money balance at Patreon.
