Create Client button stays disabled even with all fields filled

Hello,

I am trying to create a new OAuth v2 client for my Patreon creator page, but the “Create Client” button stays disabled and cannot be clicked.

I have:

• a published creator page with paying members
• the correct redirect URI
• all required fields filled out (also tested with all field filled out)

I tested this in multiple browsers and the button still stays greyed out.

Is this a known Patreon-side issue, or am I missing something?
