Membership info is not updated instantly?

When user click on “Join For Free” on patreon page, the membership info is not updated instantly?
I have 2 buttons on my site one for requesting patreon info access permission from user and the other button is for user to manually fetching patreon info and update them to my server.

When user clicking the “join for free” on patreon site and then went back to my site to fetch the updated info, the info fetched is the old one instead of the new one with membership id!!.

So the info fetch is not always the latest?
