I’m quite new to patreon and I don’t know if this is fixable but the situation is
I bought a $5 patreon supporter pledge by accident, I was actually meant to buy the $10 pledge because you get more ingame benefits. So I thought by adding another $5 ontop of the $5 rank/pledge I thought that it would give me the benefits of the $10 pledge but it actually kept me on the $5 rank/pledge and didn’t upgrade to the $10 pledge. Because different pledges have different discord roles and those discord roles depend on your ingame benefits. I tried asking for a refund but the owner refused. If anyone understands what I’m going on about please help me!
