Account disabled for 2 weeks - VPN?

Dear All, I’m very new to Patreon as started at the end of June.
I was supporting few creators and looking for others.
12 days ago my account has been deactivated. Since then, I’ve written every day to Patreon Team with no feed-back/reply (apart from the automatic mail receipt messages).

Do you have clue on how to solve this? Apologize if this is out of topic and considered not appropriate.

One more detail: sometimes are getting connected from Company VPN or with ZenMate (Chrome extension) which is causing my IP location to change from Italy to either Germany or US.
Assume they had marked my account as “violated” or as “multiple-users”.
Anybody has a similar experience? I’m currently avoiding to connecting from office or via ZenMate right to avoid this.
