When I download the csv for my benefits, the only thing that comes up is the following:
Name,Email,Twitter,Patron Status,Patronage Since Date,Follows You,Lifetime ,Pledge ,Tier,Benefit,Benefit Due Date,Addressee,Street,City,State,Zip,Country,Phone,Max Amount Per Month,Last Charge Date,Last Charge Status,Additional Details
None of the names or addresses are processed.
Is this not a feature of the Benefits upgrade, or is there something wrong with my account? I’m trying to ship out rewards
