Cant connect wordpress plugin to my patreon site

I trying to connect the Wordpress plugin to my patreon site
I run the wizard and get the below:

Patreon Wordpress would like to…
•Create an OAuth client for your campaign

I click on allow

Then I get

Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

WP 6.1.1 with PHP 8.0.20
Patreon WordPress 1.8.5 with API v2

There’s a setup option in the plugin settings I believe with a link to your oauth settings. If you can’t find there, you can always go to Patreon and set up your oauth there.

You need to have pretty permalinks on at your WP site for the plugin to be able to work.
