Hi! my patreon post syncing stopped working about a year ago and Im finally getting around to fixing it. I included my last 50 error connections at the bottom of the post.
4 days ago I reconnected my site, turned off Sync Patreon posts-update settings, then turned it back on and update settings again because I read in another post that this would help, I then clicked import next batch, and it said importing next batch under Ongoing post import. I didnt see any errors when i checked the Health Check the following two days, but no posts were getting imported either. Today I checked again and Im seeing the “503 Service Temporarily Unavailable” error. Any advice would be appreciated.

Try this:

  • Stop post sync feature at WP admin → Patreon Settings → Post Sync.
  • Disconnect your site at WP admin → Patreon Settings
  • Reconnect your site at WP admin → Patreon Settings
  • When the wizard asks you about the post sync, choose to turn it on

Yes, you cant turn off entire post sync there right - try WP admin → Patreon settings → Sync Patreon posts. Set to off, then save.

Thanks! I was able to turn it off that way. I disconnected and reconnected then turned it back on. I will wait a few days to see if the posts are synced. Thanks for your help!
