Is it possible to develop support for languages written right to left?
As a writer, I would like to be able to define the page configuration markdown as RTL.
Maybe there is another WP plugin that can be added to support it?

As far as I know, there are some plugins that help with that. But you will need to look in WP org. And I cant guarantee that they will work with Patreon Wordpress. However I remember someone making a right to left site work with the plugin.

As I said, someone did it before. But you will have to test and see. You could set up a totally new, fresh WP site, install the plugin and experiment with RTL and RTL related plugins until you are satisfied with a solution.
