I am unable to get the token for connecting your site to Patreon. My website is on WordPress and I am using Patreon WordPress plugin by Patreon
You should make sure you have no other apps for that site in the above page. Also, if you already connected a WP site to Patreon before, you will need to create the app manually above and then c/p the details to settings page at the plugin.
