Hi,
I’m using the Patreon webhooks to let my patrons receive their benefits on my site. Since 12 december I have not been able to receive any webhook events. I did not change anything on my side, the hooks are just not arriving.
I also set up a testing environment with extra logging to check if anything was being received at all, but the webhook endpoint is never called. I also tried different domain names to no avail. The issue seems to be on Patreon’s end.
On the platform webhooks page I can retry the webhook and this message appears at the bottom of the page: `(‘Connection aborted.’, ConnectionResetError(104, ‘Connection reset by peer’))`. It seems the webhook server is affected by some kind of routing issue which is preventing it from reaching my server.
Is there a developer from Patreon who can help me with this problem?
