Blocking user with same name

I have an elderly user who accidentally created two accounts with 2 different email addresses to support me. To make things easier for her, I blocked the duplicate account, but this resulted in both of her accounts being blocked. This shouldn’t happen - only the account/email I specifically blocked should be affected by this action.

I unblocked her and both accounts reappeared, but now I have to go through the whole process of helping her subscribe again.
