Hello, I’m creator.
I normally send the reward to my patron through relationship manager direct message.
but some user just don’t show it there. so I don’t know and I don’t send the reward to them until they told me about that issue.
they current pledge and lifetime support still going but it still don’t show me on relationship manager. what just happen? can I fix this? is it mean they really paid me?
