I also have had this problem happen multiple times. The last time was at the 1st of Feb with 3 different patrons.
Do you know how long it takes to actually load up eventually or does it never work?
The last time, it did eventually work but it took at least 12 hours. The previous times I am not sure about

This is related to Patreon.com. You should open a ticket for that since this is the api/integrations related forum.
