If I migrate to Patreon Plugin Pro, will all of my currently locked posts still have the same pledge level locks?
Also, any idea if Patreon Plugin Pro will lock videos uploaded via WP Video Robot, as the non Pro Version will not lock these posts.

Yes, nothing changes. Just, new, advanced locking options will appear.

Technically both have the needed systems in place to lock them if the videos are uploaded to your own web server (ie host’s server if you are on a shared plan), and the server is Apache, but such a feature is not programmed inno either of them yet. Currently they can only lock images.
However technically the code for you to make it work exists inside the plugin and it should be doable through using hooks and filters built into the plugin.
