Hello, I’m trying to lock certain video posts (these are custom Post types) based on their tier level on my Patreon. When I go into each video post, the patreon settings does show up on the RHS and I can select which tier I want. I save the video post, and try it out in an incognito window but the post doesn’t seem to lock at all? I’m able to go into the post without any warning to login with patreon.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
I previously had PMPro (I bought it without realising the Patreon Plugin exists) and now that’s deactivated. PMPro was able to lock my custom posts. But since I’ve deactivated PMPro and trying to use the Patreon Plugin, it seems like none of my posts can be locked, despite me choosing a tier for the post. Any help would be appreciated 
Are you on the latest Patreon WordPress plugin version? What’s the health-check saying? Have you tried disconnect and re-connect? You might want to see if the issue persists on a new / separate WordPress installation in case the PMPro deactivation is causing any issues.
