Patrons can’t seem to login to my wordpress site using their login. They get stuck in a log in loop where they press allow and get sent back to the login page. The error they get back from wp-login is: patreon_message=no_code_receved_from_patreon. What can I do to solve this?
they need to login with wordpress using the generated patreon user acc.
Have them click on forgot password then you should get an email telling you their id.
From there, send them the id and their own code. The reason its loop is there was a connection issue with the patreon and wordpress acc it creates.
After that, they should be able to login with patreon when it connects properly or be sent to the checkout page if they don’t have a valid subscription.
