Hi, I added the wordpress plug in, followed the instructions, and everything worked great. Then some of my Patrons started reporting that they couldn’t log in and were sent “in a loop”. This seems to be an ongoing issue stemming way back from 2018. Is there an actual fix for this anywhere? It seems to be a cache issue and there really isn’t much I can do with the plugin itself to fix anything, nor is anything my Patrons are doing.
Is there something Patreon can do or something I can do with an exterior app on my site to keep this loop trail from happening?
Im also having the same problem, my website was working fine until today, some user can use the website normally and some other just get trapped into the billing loop which they cannot pass I refreshed the connection between the site and Patreon, and the problem remains the same (That happened today.)
Same here, it keeps looping them back to “allow or deny” page.
The person who reported the issue to me had just upgraded their subscription for one year. (I don’t know if this information would be useful)
@Haleec sounds like your issue is different from @gabodev96 which was resolved on Tuesday. I’m curious if this is specific to your site setup. I’ll dm you for more details.
My patreon members are taken through an authorization loop when trying to access content from my wordpress site.
The memberships are active. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have checked the permalinks, and made sure the right tier was assigned to each post.
