Hello everyone. Two of my active patrons have reported issues logging in within the past 48 hours. Oddly enough, they appear to be two unrelated issues. One is an “unable to complete request” and the other is the infamous login loop.
The former issue is documented with a screenshot attached below. The latter - every time the patron clicks “allow” on the request for access to all the relevant Patreon data, they’re returned back to the same page.
I am using the Wordpress plugin, with auto-updates enabled so it should be the current version. More plugin info below:
WP 6.9 with PHP 8.2.30
Patreon WordPress 1.9.16 with API v2
The login loop problem was tested by the user with the following browsers: Firefox, Duckduckgo, and Chrome.
The “unable to complete” problem was tested on Firefox.
