I was told to come here since the help centre could not help me/didn’t understand the issue.
I run a website TLRChampion.com which is built on wordpress but not hosted by wordpress.
I connect using the Patreon app so that my Patrons can log in and access content, depending on their tiers.
My one patron can’t log into the website (TLRChampion dot com) because they keep getting sent in an endless loop.
This is the message I got from my patron:
The log in with patreon option (orange button) sends me on an endless loop, and trying to log in with my email/username tells me “Unknown email address. Check again or try your username.”
On my website (TLRChampion) I have tried disconnecting the Patreon app and then I have tried refreshing the oath info and reconnecting.
I have done that twice.
I am still having the same issue with my patron not being able to log into the website which uses the database from Patreon via the patreon app.
They can log into Patreon fine. They are up to date with payments.
I have attached a screenshot of what is happening when my patron tries to log in.
The refresh button does nothing.
