I just updated the Patreon Wordpress plugin to the new version release today and my site isn’t connecting to my patreon account. I’ve tried to re-connect, but I don’t see it working like it’s supposed to. Does anyone else have this problem?
Anyway, I fixed it (I Think) by having to recreate the “Client & API Keys” and pasting all the keys into the Patreon app on my website. Although the “Reconnect” or “Confirm Reconnection” options / buttons are a bit confusing leading me to believe my site is still unconnected.
Reconnecting is for refreshing the connection. Its not intended to work with installations that use API v1 yet, so you may end up having to manually delete existing app to reconnect.
In near future it will be automatic.
