Requests to Patreon API return Error 1020

Instead of loading posts, the site keeps showing a spinning circle and apparently requests to the API endpoint are denied:

Have you banned my IP or something?

Edit: Only the /posts endpoint does this

This seems to be a cloudflare error message. Testing post sync, posts seem to come in smoothly to the reference WP installation i am using.
