There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions

I waited for almost 2 months to see if you solve that error and I pay in vain for the pro version, it cannot be that I am paying for something that does not work, that is the error that appears on my page after just activating the plugin Patreon says that it works up to version 6.0.3 of wordpress but wordpress is in version 6.1.1, it has not been updated for 5 months, could the error be due to a version incompatibility? And if so, will they update it?

Your message does not include any error. If you post the error, that could provide some pointers.

You can request a refund for Patron Pro via codebard.com help desk.

That’s the error that appear every time I just try to activate the plugin in my website, because it dies my website, it crashes for complete

Obviously, there is a critical error. But what is the specific error, is whats important. You can contact your host and ask them to find it for you.

This are the errors that appear:

Your web host seems to have disabled the php_uname function that is needed for the plugin to function. Its happening because of that. Try opening a support ticket and talking to them.

I talked to them and they told me that there was a part of the plugin code that was conflicting with my page, which was precisely the php_uname function that is restricted with EasyWP, they tried to remove it to see if it worked and it did, but when I logged in using the plugin, the error persisted, is there a way to make the plugin work without me having to change the host of my page?

If they enabled php_uname for your hosting account but it still triggered when you tried to log in, then there may be opcode caching or something else that still keeps the old code/settings before your host changed them. This is something that you should talk with your host as well. You can just tell them that the error still persists for you.
