A new user is complaining that she can access the contents meant for lower tiers but she can’t access the pages for her specific tier. She gets redirected to the Patreon website and asked to subscribe again. She contacted Patreon support and they confirmed that she’s an active member for that tier.
I checked the settings for the pages she’s trying to access and The Patreon Level [Require the below membership tier or higher to view this post] is correct and corresponds to her tier.
The plugin automatically sets to 15$ the following field: (If you set a precise amount in advanced settings below, or had one set before, that will be used instead.) Require the below precise $ monthly membership or over to view this post. (optional – overrides the above select box when used).
I delete the field and whenever I refresh the page, there it is again: 15$.
Also, when is a new update for this plugin coming out that is compatible with WordPress 7.0?
