I have one user that cannot break out of the loop when trying to verify their patreon subscription to unlock page content. Initially they were using the wrong email and the p4wp plugin created a new user with generated credentials, we removed the generated user and the effected user changed their email via patreon to the same they use for our website. No change to the loop, hitting refresh or unlock prompts the user to pay ($0 which I have read as normal in other threads) after they are asked to confirm their address. Immediately after they are prompted again at the purchase order screen via patreon.
We have tried completely reconnecting the plugin, clearing all caches, applied cache exceptions for used /patreon pages via W3totalcache, prompting the user to login to the site with patreon (of which they are given a “user already exists” error and terminates the flow), refreshing tokens, ensuring all caching on user side is deleted
Running the latest Patreon for Wordpress plugin, we are not being prompted with errors in health check when user tries to perform any operations to tether.
This issue does not occur for other users through testing or when using a new generated account. It is just this specific instance with changed account credentials when an existing generated account was already created for the tether.
