WordPress Patreon Plug-in not allowing connection OA issues

Hello, I have been trying to connect for several days to complete the setup wizard for the WordPress Patreon plug-in. I am attaching the error message.

WP 6.9.4 with PHP 8.4.18
Patreon WordPress 1.9.17 with API v2

Why do I get this error message when I have provided all of the proper ID codes?

The error indicates that your account is not a creator account and does not have an active campaign. You need to launch a campaign / create a creator account.
