"Allow Only Patrons to Log In" Only Works with 0 Dollars Now

In the field “Allow only patrons to login”, any number other than 0 will fail login and redirect to the checkout page even if the Patron is above 0 dollars for pledge.

There have been no @codebard updates . Issue seemed to appear out of the blue, so I’m guessing it’s a changes on the Patreon side of things.

@Ian_Davlin is this a new issue? Can you please share more detailed steps how to reproduce the issue? Are you seeing this issue with the official plugin? I don’t see “Allow only patrons to login” option in the official plugin.

im having this issue with patreon plugin pro its like user get trapped in a loop in the billing page and cant access content this happened to me today

Hello, I have a similar problem. I have two tiers on my Patreon. When my patrons on the higher tier log in to the website and try to access their content, Patreon immediately switches them to the lower tier and they can’t see the content… This is happening suddenly and has never happened before. Any help? These people are desperate, and so am I. Thank you in advance.

The changes that might’ve caused this have been reverted. Can anyone confirm whether they are still seeing the issue?

It is now good on my end again. What you did to address this has worked. Thank you very much !

Same here, it keeps looping them back to “allow or deny” page.
The person who reported the issue to me had just upgraded their subscription for one year. (I don’t know if this information would be useful)

That happened today

Closing this topic, the issue that @Haleec reported is not the same.

Thanks @Ian and @gabodev96 for reporting this, apologies for the bug.
