We have received multiple reports from our members about an issue that originates from Patreon’s APIv2 (https://www.patreon.com/api/oauth2/v2/members/%ST%?include=currently_entitled_tiers,pledge_history&fields%[member%]=email,full_name,last_charge_status,is_gifted,campaign_lifetime_support_cents)
The amount of campaign_lifetime_support_cents should theoretically update within a few minutes or hours after a successful and valid pledge, but even after multiple days go by, the amount is not being updated to reflect recent pledge amounts.
We received the first reports at approximately end of September, and it’s still ongoing. We also figured out a workaround for our members by Canceling their current active subscription and re-subscribing to the same tier. This triggers the API to update the campaign_lifetime_support_cents amount
