One of my patrons left, which is why I disconnected her wordpress site account that was made automatically from her patreon account. Now, she pledged again, which is wonderful. Only, she can’t access the articles for patrons. I’m guessing it’s because I disconnected her. How can I connect her again?
You didnt need to disconnect any account - the system takes care of those who unpledge.
Has she gone through the unlock flow again by clicking ‘Unlock with Patreon’ button?
She did, several times. In the end, she made a wordpress account herself with the same email address and somehow it clicked: the button is back. Thank you for your answer!
